- Please tell me any mistakes.)Character disclaimers and credits in the video description + credits!Though the credits at the end were a bit unnecessary, but hey - it gives everything a more anime-esque feeling. *ahaha*
Weeeeelcome, dear fellow MMians and watchers!
/GETS KICKED IN THE GUTS
....S-So, I AM participating in this event after all. Sorry for lying about it. Cough, cough. (︶▽︶；|||) S-SURPRISE!!
180 artworks. 200 frames in total. Important school assignments tossed aside, I worked on this for about... 5? 6? days straight. (In words that sound less cheap: 120+ hours)
I split the work over maybe two weeks, which seem like two months to me, now that I look back...
(Haha!) I still can't believe that I am finally finished with this project (which is probably one of the most troublesome I ever did)!
After having rendered the second part 4 times (each time resulting in laggy, frame-lacking 1080p-HD with unintentional cuts), I had to consult my
RL guyfriend. He eventually allowed me to render a 720p version on his own computer, haaa...
...And it worked. Thank you so much, bro!!(...although the following render process after applying the subtitles turned the 720px graphics into 320px quality... *BACKSTABBED* Thanks anyway!! *sobs*)
To be honest, the initial frames looked better on the storyboard - However, I am still incredibly relieved to have finally finished drawing them all! That was the most tedious work of the whole process! I can really feel with Anime/Cartoon producers now... they sure are great.
(Btw, this is a bit off-topic, but... SOUND ENGINEERING IS SO MUCH FUN. It seems like I have a really big thing for SFX, podcasts, radio shows and ambience music. So interesting!!Apropos radio show, the program Suzuka is listening to is an NHK Web News from August 2012. It was a controversial talk about diplomatic issues between Japan, China and Korea, if I understand correctly.
I don't want to spoil the storyline for you, so... have this Sta.sh entry instead! ONLY if you have already watched the video, of course.
It might make some comprehension problems clear, if there are any left after watching! If you still have any questions, feel free to ask me.
Thank you so much for viewing this! I really, really appreciate every single view on my works, I love you all!
P.S.: It has only been 2 weeks since I started this, and yet... I am already so embarassed... the art is so... so...
